25 Mar Training

A small clip from today's training. Some proper CS action of my paddy-flush wheel.
Better to watch on youtube in proper size and quality.

Pop up lights

Well, this technique is not a secret, but I heard a lot of my mates asking "how can I do the pop-up lights".
That's why I decided to make a small DIY post.

D1-10 Open European Championship, Netherlands

Yay. Fully booked, and ready to compete. Can't wait to be there.
See you soon.

LED unit pt.2

So, here are the results of my work.
This LED unit has built in turn signals, stop lights, marker lights (brighter when braking), rearward movement lights, and 27+ blinker modes.

LED unit pt.1

Found my super expensive light unit, custom made by our Local RC-drifter. Hand-built and programmed from the ground.
I was unlucky to sell my only LED set with one of the bodies, so I had this lying around for a while.
Recently, I decided to re-build the LED's and bought some wires and LED's from the local store.
Some pictures and a video of the result soon.

Body: Vetrice design BMW V2.0

After 1 year, since I made my first BMW, I decided to pay a tribute, and make it a couple.

So, that's the same Yokomo BMW, but "street legal". THought of making it candy red, but I somehow miscalculated the layers, and i came out a bit darker, than I wanted.

Again, some more new parts. Mainly - the Yokomo white rod ends and ball-bolts to decrease the steering play. Also, a Square 21T center-rear Pulley for 1,81 CS.
And 2 sets of new tires, Mikuni for the asphalt and Top-line for the carpet.

Body: Uras S14

Another body in my collection - Uras 14. Planned as a new team body, but the team suddenly fell apart after one championship.

Body: Vertice Design BMW V1.0

First body of my collection. Made it almost 1,5 years ago, as a team body.
We took Alpina livery as an example, and it turned out pretty good.

New parts for ARD.

After some time spent with making Hamster's slow rebound mod working, I decided to try out the active pistons. Together with that, I bought some new useful stuff.

My ARD CER D11

So, after 1 year with my lovely HPI sprint, that introduced me to this hobby, I decided, that I deserve a little present, and bought myself this.
